Farrelly Limited recently completed a garden renovation for me. The end result was exactly as planned and the work was done with great attention to detail. Stephen and his team were polite, punctual and tidy throughout the job.

Stephen and his team transformed my 'wasteland' back garden into an almost maintenance free area. They worked exactly to plan and their attention to detail was excellent. Each day the final half hour was spent cleaning up even though the forecast was more rain. I have now booked them for a second project.

We have used Farrelly Limited for several building projects both large and small. Steve is very much a thinking builder and he carefully works out the best way to achieve something and then, when on site, his work is similarly careful and of an extremely high standard. Farrelly price their work very fairly, they arrive when they say they are going to and they get the work done efficiently. All members of the team are polite and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Stephen installed a new soakaway for our septic tank after the previous one collapsed. He did a fantastic job and was thoroughly professional throughout. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with the work on our front gable. He was quick, neat and tidy… and even washed my car at the end as it got brick dust on it. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Stephen did some groundwork for us. He installed a gully at the front of our garage to stop the rain water running in onto the floor and he realigned some of the bricks on our drive which has prevented a puddle forming. He also replaced four panels of fencing in our back garden. Stephen is a lovely young man who is conscientious and hard working. He cleared up after himself and disposed of all the rubbish including the old fence panels. We will definitely use Stephen again as and when required.
